We have designed THE BATTERSEA BRIDGE DENTAL CARE PLAN to provide what we feel is the best and most affordable way of looking after our patients in the future. As our intention is to focus very firmly on working with our patients to prevent dental problems, it is essential that we continue to see patients at regular intervals to screen their dental health and to help them control the factors that cause tooth and gum disease. Check-up intervals vary from patient to patient.

The plan has been specifically designed to accommodate requests and suggestions we have had from patients over the years. We have adopted a monthly direct debit method of payment as this is the usual format used by dental plans which offer patients guarantees of treatment and discounts on fees.

We have designed the plan so that you only pay for the treatment you receive within the band you choose. The cost incurred is no more than you would pay as a fee paying patient. In recognition of your status as a regular patient, in Options 1 & 2 a 10 % discount is offered for any additional dental treatment required (see independent fee guide) and in Option 3 a 20 % discount

The plan has been designed so you do not have to be dentally fit to join. You will not be assessed on the state of your mouth and will not have to undertake any extensive courses of treatment to be accepted.

To accommodate those patient who prefer to see the hygienist on a regular basis, this has been included in Option 2

Emergency appointments out of surgery hours will be covered by the optional insurance plan and details are on the Benefits Leaflet. We have included this to match benefits offered by franchised dental plans and it also covers emergency call outs or treatment at other surgeries anywhere in the UK or abroad. We will also maintain access to existing NHS emergency services.
